PERSONAL DATA OF CHILDREN
We do not knowingly collect or solicit Personal Data about children under 13 years of age; if you are a child under the age of 13, please do not attempt to register for or otherwise use the Services or send us any Personal Data. If we learn we have collected Personal Data from a child under 13 years of age, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
We are entitled to transfer your personal data to third parties abroad for the purposes of the data processing. The data that we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the British Virgin Islands, including without limitation the United States of America or any other country that may not offer an adequate level of data protection. You and Aztlan agree that these Terms are the complete and exclusive statement of the mutual understanding between you and Aztlan and supersede all prior agreements and understandings relating to such subject matter. These Terms are governed by and will be construed under the laws of the British Virgin Islands, without regard to the conflicts of laws provisions thereof. Any disputes relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts located in Tortola, British Virgin Islands. These Terms are binding on you as well as your successors and permitted assigns. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated, to the minimum extent necessary, so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
